‘Chefs for Hire’ is a San Pedro Belize local business owned by three sisters, Delsia Couch, Betty Ann Graniel and Norma Forman. These three local born ‘Sanpedrana’ sisters are the chefs who cook and cater for guests of San Pedro. With over 20 years of cooking experience these versatile chefs started the family business in 2006. Their specialty is Belizean and Caribbean cuisine. Recently they have received many requests for recipes and the Chefs felt it was time to put pen to paper for anyone wanting to enjoy the local flavor of San Pedro at home. They understand that when traveling there is always something new that returns home with you. Now you have a chance to bring San Pedro to your friends and family in between your next visit to Belize. Make them even more jealous of your trip by recreating one of your favorite ‘Chefs for Hire’ dishes.
