About this Book:

This book is a collection of life experiences loosely organized around the theme of four directions. Each poem, each story represents one small step on one of four paths. The physical, psychological, and spiritual struggle for balance provides an organizing theme connecting each path.

About the Author:

Christa Johnson has been writing short fiction and poetry since her childhood. She was born and raised in Austria and emigrated to the USA at the age of 19. She is a published writer and award-winning poet. This is her first book. Christa lives with her husband in Southern California. She holds a Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology and is a licensed therapist.
