About the Author:

The Reverend Cheryle Renee-Chapman Hanna is the solo minister at the Fourth Avenue Baptist Church, Ottawa, Ontario. Cheryle formerly served congregations in Toronto, Ontario, Detroit, Michigan and Wilmington, Delaware. The Reverend Cheryle Renee-Chapman Hanna is a life-long student of God, trained to think critically, with an eye on the headlines and a firm grip on the ancient text. Known as Mom, YaYa, Reverend Doctor and Pastor, Cheryle’s greatest love is seeing the eyes of a child as they experience God through the Lessons she shares. When Cheryle is not at the Fourth Avenue Baptist Church in Ottawa, Ontario, she is either knitting, reading or baking a decadent dessert.
