Patricia Akins is a married mother of four. After a debilitating car accident, she needed a workout that would strengthen as well as stretch, allowing her to again participate in activities like mountain biking and skiing. Unable to find one, she developed her own brand of “Sport Yoga”, a low impact, high intensity workout that met all her needs.
