I have been a home economist for 31 years and have applied that knowledge to the writing of this cookbook. Every recipe has been tried in my own kitchen and improved for taste and quick preparation. Being the mother of four sons, cooking was a big priority in my life, and I persevered until I was satisfied with the way foods tasted. My reward came in the praise from my husband and sons as they enjoyed our dinners together, devouring thier favorite recipes.
