About the Author:

Jeff Lind -- M.Div. Western Seminary, 1989, BSEE University of Washington 1981. Has served as a teaching elder for over ten years in a growing church of over 3000 near Seattle, USA. Jeff is bi-vocational, serving in industry as an advisor in organizational improvement and systems engineering. In this book he combines this expertise with over 25 years of experience in growing ministries including large churches, campus, singles, and youth ministries. Jeff is co-founder of Heart of Grace Ministry Resources, an association committed to enabling healthy ministries.
