At the age of fifty-two, Frank Leonard left the Lutheran ministry in which he had served twenty-five years, and his first marriage, after twenty-eight years. He "suffered" what many would call a mid-life crisis. "Expansion" is his first book. About the Author:

Frank Leonard lives in San Francisco, California. He was a Lutheran minister for twenty-five years and is currently a middle school grade level counselor. His hobbies include photography, astronomy, and motorcycle trips. His favorite book of all time is Robert Pirsig's "Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenence." At the age of fity-two, he left his first marriage and the church. Five years after those events, he embarked on a three-week motorcycle trip to Mexico, to visit his son and to visit places where his ancestors originated. In telling the story of his trip, Frank reflects on the struggles, losses, changes, and victories that have come as a result of facing the crises of his life.
