This is a book about tax sales - how they work, and how to invest in them. Most people have heard of tax sales, but few people have accurate knowledge of them. Good information is hard to find and there is plenty of misinformation. This book brings together the rules and procedures for a successful tax sale and its aftermath. New investors will learn the where, when, and how, and all they need to be able to successfully participate. The material will also be of interest to those that work in the courthouse, bankers, attorneys, title companies, and long time purchasers. They will find dozens of points to consider. The many quoted legal references are all included for verification and further review. In short, there is good, solid information written for everyone, and backed up by the inclusion as references, of copies of the actual laws that apply. It is by far, the best single source for an introduction to the Mississippi Tax Sale.
