About the Author:

Always partial to happy endings and forever after type stories, I became an avid reader of romance novels in my teens and dreamed of a day when I would write my own novel—although back then I didn't particularly like writing. As destiny would have it, on the threshold of twenty this romantic at heart got a chance to live out my own true life love story when I met the man of my dreams. After a romance to remember, I experienced my own happy ending and am now living my ‘forever after’ with my husband, Clifford, and my four children, Miranda, Clifford, Jr., Melissa, and Christian. In the 1990s, I developed and honed my writing skills and began to discover that writing wasn’t quite the chore it had been in high school; and I truly liked it. Pen hit paper after my first daughter was born, and I completed my first novel, Multiple Mishaps, and haven’t stopped writing since. Like all my novels, A Man Apart comes from my heart; and I hope it finds a place in yours.
